About the role
We are looking for a Branch Relationship Banker to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our new Colorado Springs Northgate branch. This role is ideal for candidates available Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service banking services for new and existing customers, with a focus on sales and service.
- Handle new accounts, consumer loans, and client service issues.
- Resolve client concerns directly or by referring them to the appropriate bank department.
- Make referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
- Follow up with clients as needed.
- Process cash transactions, open or update accounts, and originate or close consumer or small business loans.
- Resolve customer service issues and provide personalized service tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience as a universal banker, personal banker, or similar retail banking role.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Previous experience in a financial sales representative role preferred.
- Expert knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions.
- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Working knowledge of consumer lending applications.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer credit data and related financial information.
- Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.

Pay
This position is eligible for a base salary of $30.00 per hour, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
