As a Senior BIM Coordinator in the LSS Department, you are responsible for supporting both the department needs for BIM content organization and processes along with project execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our library of Revit support content
• Maintain our Bluebeam toolbox
• Document department BIM and markup standards
• Provide training to the department staff
• Assist the project team in providing department resources for a new project
• Adapt our standard BIM and markup processes for a project
• Provide training to new project staff on our standard BIM protocols
• Support the LSSproject BIM Lead in project setup, review and audits
• Support multiple projects
• Support the creation of fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L)
• Support the creation of 2D construction drawings
• Support the creation of clash-free 3D models

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of BIM design experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Telecom/LSS design and construction industry
• Very good organizational skills
• Very good communication and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Experience following client design and modeling standards
• High proficiency with Bluebeam
• Proficient with Navisworks
• Ability to estimate hours required for modeling efforts based on building size
• Willingness to learn new things
• Understanding of industrial type facilities
• Experience mentoring fellow BIM design staff

Qualifications

• 10 years of Revit and 3 years AutoCAD design experience

Skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industrial type facilities

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $120,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
