Key job responsibilities

  • Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Banking customers.
  • Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops.
  • Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
  • Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.
  • Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor
  • Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful engagements with partners in AMER.
  • Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community
  • Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS
  • Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
    • 8+ years experience working directly with Banking customers on cloud and AI adoption.
    • 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
    • Experience working with consulting partners through solution alignment, account management, product management, program management and business development engagements
    • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
    • Pay

      Base salary range for this position is $153,600.00 - $207,800.00 USD annually in MA, $169,000.00 - $228,600.00 USD annually in NY.
