Sr. Backend Software Engineer, Integrations Platform

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead complex, impactful projects with various stakeholders
• Define technical direction for critical areas to accommodate growth
• Design and develop new functionalities and infrastructure using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with a skilled team to enhance customer security offerings
• Help shape the company’s engineering culture as the team expands

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in designing, building, and scaling backend systems and APIs
• Experience in technical leadership roles for complex projects
• Past startup experience or similar fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with greenfield projects
• Interest in or experience with security practices
• Open to integrating AI into work processes effectively

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
