Sr. AWS Solutions Architect

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud environments while providing technical expertise across infrastructure, security, automation, and container platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommend best practices for cloud migration, modernization, and implementation initiatives.
• Develop and troubleshoot containerized application environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments and enterprise-grade container solutions.
• Create, modify, and interpret configuration scripts to automate deployments, configure systems, manage logging, and support customer environments.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex infrastructure, application, networking, and cloud platform issues.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and supporting materials for regulated environments and authorization processes.
• Research and implement emerging cloud technologies to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering teams by sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning.

Requirements

• Deep AWS architecture experience, strong expertise in container technologies, and proven ability to deliver secure cloud solutions.
• Hands-on engineering capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions with expertise in Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, ECS, Docker, and containerized architectures.
• Strong understanding of container security concepts, infrastructure automation tools, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Linux environments, Microsoft Windows Server technologies, version control platforms, and CI/CD, DevOps, and configuration management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple layers of infrastructure and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
