Sr. AWS Full Stack Developer - Active (TS/SCI with CI Poly)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications within cleared Federal or Intelligence Community environments, with a strong focus on architecting and supporting secure, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Build modern web applications end-to-end and collaborate within Agile teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and mission-focused systems.
- Develop Python-based solutions for automation, API integration, backend services, and cloud workflows within AWS environments.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript, including component-driven development with frameworks such as Material UI.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design secure, scalable, cloud-native application architectures leveraging core AWS services and best practices.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, or similar cloud technologies.
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access controls.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and product owners within Agile Scrum teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred).
Skills
- Python-based solutions for automation, API integration, backend services, and cloud workflows.
- React and TypeScript for modern, responsive user interfaces, including component-driven development with frameworks such as Material UI.
- Designing and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Secure, scalable, cloud-native application architectures leveraging AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.).
- Secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access controls.
- CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting cloud-native applications within Federal Government or Intelligence Community environments.
- Familiarity with modern software architecture and secure application development practices.
- Working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Microservices architecture and event-driven application design.
- AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and serverless application development.
- Deploying applications across classified and unclassified environments.
- Developing or integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) solutions.
- AWS, Security+, or other cloud and cybersecurity certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
