Sr. AWS Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. AWS Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on designing and delivering cloud-based contact center solutions that connect business requirements with scalable technical execution. The position requires close collaboration with solution architecture, functional teams, and end users to translate user stories into reliable integrations and well-documented solutions. You will also lead development efforts, support enterprise-level projects, and help ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes through strong technical guidance and execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities Collaborate with the Solution Architect to implement contact center solutions Provide technical advisory support during process reviews to identify customer needs Develop technical details and solutions for functional user stories Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions Lead development efforts, including task distribution and code reviews Deliver technical training and create documentation for end users Exercise independent judgment in leading enterprise-level projects Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python or JavaScript Proficiency in building integrations across multiple systems, including REST APIs Strong knowledge of JSON format and related services Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Lambda integrations Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code Benefits Remote and in-person work flexibility Travel opportunities with up to 25% commitment Flexible work hours to accommodate personal commitments Inclusive culture promoting collaboration and feedback Regular celebrations and team-building activities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
