About the role

The Sr. Associate, Promotion/Advertising Regulatory Affairs (Life Sciences) (Professional Path) is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function. This role ensures products comply with global, local, and internal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflows across MAP and ClaimsDrive
  • Update process documentation to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve end-to-end reliability
  • Oversee and streamline MAP-related communications across stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment, clarity, and timely updates within cross-functional teams
  • Act as a central point for operational communication and issue tracking
  • Manage CRC (Claims Review Committee) escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Identify root causes of recurring challenges and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with stakeholders to reduce friction and improve review cycle outcomes
  • Own and maintain Ad Promo Playbooks to ensure they are current, clear, and actionable
  • Standardize best practices and ensure consistent application across teams
  • Drive adoption and ongoing refinement of playbook guidance
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to accelerate promotional material development and approval timelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning and execution for launches
  • Support initiatives that enhance claims quality and reduce rework

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
  • Proven ability to manage SOPs, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include 2 years of relevant experience

Skills

  • Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
