About the role

The Mission Networks Sector is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the Surveillance & Automated Solutions Division. This position will be responsible for supporting key programs and pursuits in the division, including OSPI forecasting and analysis, EVMS and financial reporting, and proposal efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support programs consisting of cost-plus and fixed-price work.
• Complete Sales, Profit, and Cash forecasting and analysis.
• Perform EVMS and financial reporting.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.
• Work with multiple contract types.
• Adhere to L3Harris policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• An FAA security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.

Skills

• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to proactively solve problems in a timely manner.
• Experience with multiple contract types.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening).
• Experience using PeopleSoft, Cobra, ProPricer, HypFcst, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Process improvement oriented, with the ability to identify and implement improvement ideas.
