Sr Associate Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Sr Associate Product Manager in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The Sr. Associate Product (Brand) Manager will be primarily responsible for business analysis, insight generation, and leading strategic marketing activities for the Franks RedHot brand to achieve short- and long-term share goals. This position covers profitability, promotion, pricing, packaging, distribution, merchandising, research, and new product plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for product segments that support McCormick & Co.’s net sales and profit objectives.
• Provide analysis of and recommendations relating to product offerings and business results.
• Understand competitive brands and provide action plans to address threats.
• Identify challenges and opportunities at key customers.
• Execute plans that address key issues and opportunities for the segments.
• Develop and execute promotional calendars consistent with the marketing plans.
• Lead product line optimizations and cost savings initiatives.
• Independently lead cross-functional teams and agencies for new product development, graphics updates, and new initiatives to grow the business.
• Deliver monthly business analysis for shipment pacing and forecasting through presentations shared with senior marketing leaders.
• Prepare monthly consumption analysis of key programs and recommendations shared with senior marketing leaders.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or closely related business discipline.
• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or a related field (preferably in CPG).
• Strong understanding of Excel, data analysis (Circana – POS & Panel or similar syndicated data platform), and financial analysis.
• Good written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Demonstrated excellent results in professional positions that indicate interest and capability for the role.
• Demonstrated success leading and championing business recommendations for senior management.
• Consumer products experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams a plus.

Pay

Base Salary: $74,330 - $130,080. Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
