Responsibilities
- Monthly/quarterly expense forecasting and cost per unit (CPU)/cost of goods manufactured (COGM)
- Raw Materials, Purchase Price variance, consumables and freight analysis
- Annual budgeting and long-range planning
- SAP Standard cost development and material master setup for make items and raw materials
- Variance analyses and other ad-hoc support
- Leads month-end accounting and reporting process
- Provides recommendations and communicates implications based on analysis of deviation from budget/Forecast
- Develop performance measurements used to support management reporting and cost analysis
- Facilitate business planning and decision-making and the modeling of various financial scenarios
- Conduct business analyses on current, future and comparative financial performance and develop analytical models
- Support transformational initiatives through automation and financial processes and reporting improvements using tools like Tableau and Smartsheet
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support site objectives as required
- Additional assignments include but not limited to special projects support for business clients, FP&A leadership and internal/external audit assistance
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant finance, or financial planning and analysis
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting and product costing methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Costing SAP
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting - Hyperion
- Tableau, Smartsheet and AI tools knowledge preferred
Qualifications
- Masters degree, OR
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of cost accounting experience, OR
- Associates degree and 6 years of cost accounting experience, OR
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of cost accounting experience

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
On-site presence at the manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio is required.
