Sr. Associate, Development

Responsibilities

Related Digital is seeking a Senior Associate, Development to support the development of Project Tembo in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is based in Dallas, Texas and focused on Project Tembo. The Senior Associate will work with the Development team to coordinate project planning, analyze project information, track key decisions and milestones, and prepare materials that support the project’s development.

• Coordinate assigned development workstreams and follow up on deliverables, open items, and decisions.
• Support project-level financial analysis and underwriting by organizing assumptions, reviewing inputs, and preparing scenario analyses.
• Help prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Analyze project, commercial, financial, and diligence information and summarize findings for project leadership.
• Coordinate information and next steps across internal teams, external advisors, and project partners.
• Track development diligence, permitting, utility, and other project activities as assigned by the Development team.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams on project assumptions, cost and schedule information, and key development interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, data center, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience coordinating complex workstreams, tracking project information, or supporting project-level financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare concise materials for project leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial models or project schedules is helpful.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
