Sr. Associate Business Partner
About the role
The Sr. Associate Business Partner, Global People Team at Fabletics supports the growing Retail organization within the company's portfolio. The ideal candidate is passionate about working as part of a team, committed to providing reliable support, and eager to learn and grow within the Human Resources function.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary GPT contact for assigned client groups, providing guidance on policies, processes, and employee-related matters
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees, understanding team dynamics and business needs
- Manage and resolve moderately complex employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate
- Support performance management processes, investigations, and compliance requirements
- Execute key lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, LOAs) with accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Sr. BP and COEs to implement GPT programs and initiatives
- Support change management, engagement, and communication strategies within client groups
- Own or co-lead small-to-mid scale projects or initiatives (e.g., engagement action plans, process improvements)
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team effectiveness
- Analyze basic HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement feedback) to identify trends and inform recommendations

- Strong foundation in HR/People Team practices, policies and procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to independently manage priorities and problem-solve
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting employee relations, operations, or HR programs
- Proficiency in all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
- Ability to conduct HR investigations
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Developing skills in HR analytics and reporting
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation

This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, in the company's fulfillment center. The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,158-$80,000, with offered base salary dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
