Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute investment plans, RMD (Required Minimum Distributions) calculations and distributions, tax loss harvesting coordination, etc.
- Develop positive relationships with clients by attending meetings, calls, and handling administrative requests directly as well as from team members on behalf of clients
- Handle all client matters in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide administrative support to team members including the preparation of correspondence, meeting materials, files, presentations, and literature as directed
- Create and supply data for reports at the direction of the advisors and directors
- Research client issues as directed and present data
- Actively service client accounts by processing paperwork for accounts, tracking and monitoring account/asset transfers, and processing transaction requests as directed
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred
- Completed or willing to pursue CFP® Series 65 – or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment
- Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
- Reliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challenges
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with others

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
