Job Summary
The Sr. Art Director will conceptualize and design omnichannel consumer communications, ensuring high-quality design recommendations and executions that maintain brand consistency and visual excellence. They will operate with autonomy, manage project assignments, meet deadlines, and apply feedback effectively. The role requires strong design skills, proficiency in design software, and experience in both traditional and digital platforms.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative role
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for digital and print design
- Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, and digital advertising
- Excellent typography skills and motion design experience, including After Effects and animated GIFs

About the Role
The Sr. Art Director will support the Marketing and Brand Strategy teams within the Creative Department. They will collaborate with Account Managers, Strategy teams, vendors, and other creative professionals to influence positive outcomes on projects.
