For more information, visit www.hmhco.com HMH is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This role involves driving complex revenue transformation programs, leading Salesforce org re-architecture (re-org), and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across global environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue lifecycle management, along with working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, and a proven track record of delivering highly complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced solutionsDrive Salesforce re-org initiatives, including org consolidation, redesign, and optimizationArchitect end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes including product catalog, pricing, contract lifecycle, ordermanagement, billing, and revenue recognitionApply CPQ concepts to support pricing configuration, quoting workflows, and deal structuring where requiredDesign scalable solutions for complex enterprise use cases and high-volume transaction environmentsDefine and implement advanced Revenue Cloud capabilitiesEstablish integration architecture with ERP, finance, billing, and external systemsTranslate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutionsLead large-scale transformation programs across cross-functional and global teamsDefine and enforce best practices for governance, security, and performanceConduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to development standardsMentor teams and provide technical leadershipOversee release management, deployment strategy, and environment planning- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertiseDeep experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (end-to-end implementation)Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ concepts and capabilitiesProven experience in Salesforce re-org / org restructuring projectsExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Data modeling and large data volume handlingIntegration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and scalabilityExperience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferredRevenue Cloud / CPQ certificationsExperience with multi-org strategy and global implementationsExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Key Competencies Enterprise Architecture LeadershipRevenue Transformation ExpertiseComplex Solution DesignStrategic Thinking & ExecutionStakeholder ManagementDelivery Excellence Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field The Information Technology organization is transforming to realize our mission: Become a leader in HMH’s digital transformation, and as a strategic partner, innovate and deliver highest value, competitive advantage solutions across all corporate and business functions.
