Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned customers throughout their subscription term
- Advise on best practices, data strategies, and analytic maturity tailored to customer business processes
- Guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence and scalable governance frameworks
- Partner across internal teams to align expertise for technical outcomes and strategic initiatives
- Arcitect and guide complex deployments of the company platforms like Designer and Server
- Lead environment planning and upgrades while minimizing downtime and risk
- Deliver enablement plans and proactive recommendations to drive customer self-sufficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, Presales Engineer, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise client relationships and leading analytics/BI deployments
- Pioneered expertise with the company Designer and Server; the company Core Certification (strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of data platforms and database technologies (SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences, including executive stakeholders
