Sr. Architect, OT Systems
About the role
The Senior OT System Architect at Mark Anthony Group is responsible for architecting secure, reliable, and high-performing integrated solutions that harmonize industrial operations with corporate IT. This role drives operational excellence, elevates the cybersecurity posture to mitigate emerging threats, and delivers the robust infrastructure framework required to support MAB's strategic innovation and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
Design, govern, and execute the comprehensive roadmap for MAB’s converged IT/OT infrastructure, ensuring all solutions align with enterprise business goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
Establish, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity defenses and segmentation strategies across industrial control systems (ICS) and corporate networks to proactively mitigate cyber threats and safeguard critical assets.
Lead collaborative initiatives between corporate IT and plant operations teams to eliminate silos, harmonize data communication, and deliver seamless, unified network infrastructure solutions.
Evaluate, optimize, and lifecycle-manage industrial network performance to guarantee maximum system uptime, high availability, and operational efficiency across all production environments.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on emerging OT technologies, driving continuous improvement and technological innovation across the organization.
Key Metrics & Financial Targets
System Availability: Achieve and maintain >99.9% unplanned uptime across converged networks by architecting resilient infrastructure and minimizing MTTR for critical production outages.
Cybersecurity Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to IEC 62443/NIST standards, reducing critical infrastructure vulnerabilities by 25% annually through robust network segmentation.
Financial Stewardship: Deliver all architecture initiatives within 5% of budgeted CapEx/OpEx, optimizing TCO via vendor consolidation and a 15% reduction in redundancy.
Skills Needed to Be Successful
Expertise in A&C software solutions such as those from Rockwell Automation and Inductive Automation (Ignition)
Bachelor’s degree in or related to engineering, IT, or a combination of certifications and work experience
6-8 years experience in OT related fields
Experience with managing Cybersecurity - best practices, methods, enforcement
Experience administrating a complex manufacturing network infrastructure including Cisco devices, NATs, Palo Alto, Stratix
Demonstrated experience commissioning /maintaining & monitoring HA servers and services. These include VMware, SQL, AD services, VPN solutions
Vendor Management: Experience evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with hardware, software, and automation vendors to optimize infrastructure TCO

Compensation
