Sr. Applications Operations Engineer

About the role

This role is responsible for the Digital Operations of the TAVS and Additive Inspection Systems, including the related applications, infrastructure, and support. The position is primarily focused on the Inspections Systems for the TAVS (Turbine Airfoils) and Additive Part Families.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain multiple user and customer-facing applications and related data processing platforms and services.
• Ensure user-facing business applications are consistently available and highly performant to meet customer needs.
• Execute components of a domain, product, program, or pod.
• Influence product backlog (PBs) decisions and implement a roadmap.
• Partner with users and product teams to understand application product operational needs and translate these into a support model.
• Track KPIs and communicate operational status to users and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship for employment visas will not be provided.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to access to U.S. export-controlled information.
