About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce and other AI platforms
- Design and implement intelligent automations using IPA tools like Power Automate
- Create and execute test automations to enhance QA efficiency for Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and refine AI use cases
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and applications
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate peer reviews of development work
- Analyze and troubleshoot code to resolve complex issues within applications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development and integration with Salesforce or comparable platforms
- Hands-on experience developing AI Agents using Agentforce and other AI tools
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits
- Experience in intelligent process automation using tools like Power Automate
- Proficient in coding languages such as JavaScript, Apex, and Python
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes, including GitHub
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams

Pay
$120,000 – $135,000 annually
