Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics (Remote)

Work remotely while supporting a high-impact workforce analytics function across a large organization; influence executive decision-making by presenting insights directly to senior and C-level leaders; lead advanced analytics projects involving forecasting, statistical modeling, and workforce planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Technology, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Lead complex workforce analytics initiatives, including forecasting, trend analysis, and statistical modeling
- Own workforce reporting and dashboard development from requirements gathering through delivery and validation
- Develop compelling data stories and executive-ready presentations that drive strategic action
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce analytics, or a related discipline
- Advanced expertise with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Oracle HCM experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and present to senior and executive leaders
- Experience applying workforce analytics methodologies, statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and translating data into actionable business insights
Pay
$85,000 - $102,000 per year
