THE ROLE As a Sr. Analyst on the Strategic Initiatives team you’ll support data initiatives at Live Nation. You’ll run analyses, build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards, and design experiments and surveys that drive business decisions across Live Nation. You’ll partner with product and engineering teams to monitor website & app performance and trends. If you like to get deep into data, have a natural curiosity, and love working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the role for you. What This Role Will Do Analytics Turn open-ended questions into clear problem statements, data sources, and success criteria.Run analyses with rigor: QA and validate inputs, reconcile sources, document caveats.Build and maintain core dashboards and recurring readouts.Find insights that stakeholders would miss on their own, and back them with clear recommendations.Run data validation checks, reconcile sources, flag anomalies, and help keep metric definitions straight. Data Orchestration Run and manage the jobs behind our ETLs and automation scripts.Know how data flows end to end, and debug problems methodically. Research & Experiments Field and manage surveys and help explain the “why”Help design and execute tests. Apply sound statistical methods and provide clear recommendations based on insights. Live Nation Digital analytics (Livenation.com & Live Nation app) Track and report core KPIs: traffic, conversion, revenue, retention.Partner with product and engineering on ad hoc analysis. What This Person Will Bring Bachelor's degree or above, plus 3+ years of relevant work experience. Technical background is a plus.3+ years writing advanced SQL in a fast-paced environment.3+ years building dashboards and insightful data visualizations in a modern BI tool.Working knowledge of Python, enough to script and analyze data.Detail-oriented, organized, and curious. You juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.Strong communication skills. You can simplify complex analysis and win over cross-functional partners.You use AI tools with judgment: to speed up your work, not replace your thinking.Candidate must be local to Los Angeles (or willing to relocate on their own expense) and comfortable coming onsite 3 days per week.
