Responsibilities
- Analyze service spend, contract utilization, supplier performance, and install base data to support sourcing strategies, capital planning, and supplier negotiations.
- Develop baseline spend analyses, pricing comparisons, total cost of ownership models, savings assessments, and forecasting reports to support business decisions.
- Track contract utilization, savings performance, and forecasted service contract spend to support category management, operational finance reporting, and leadership visibility.
- Maintain and improve data quality within contract, procurement, and asset management systems, including contract records, supplier information, utilization inputs, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare RFx analyses, supplier response comparisons, pricing models, negotiation materials, and executive-ready reporting packages.
- Cook up service contract data across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with sourcing and operational objectives.
- Identify data gaps, contract inconsistencies, pricing discrepancies, utilization concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle management activities, and sourcing initiatives through analytical insights and decision-ready recommendations.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reporting processes, contract visibility, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, sourcing, supply chain, finance, analytics, or contract management preferred.
- Strong analytical, database, reporting, and spreadsheet skills required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and large dataset management preferred.
- Experience with contract management, sourcing, procurement, asset management, Coupa, Nuvolo, or related systems preferred.
- Experience developing total cost of ownership models, supplier pricing comparisons, RFx analyses, savings models, or contract utilization reporting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify data issues, contract gaps, pricing discrepancies, risks, and savings opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel.
Pay
Estimated Hiring Range: $68,500.00 to $116,300.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
