Sr. Analyst, Scheduling
About the role
The Sr. Analyst, Scheduling will support production factories or programs by performing a variety of technical and business tasks aimed at preventing work stoppages or schedule slips.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and coordinate training needs to improve metrics and system accuracy.
- Improve process flows regarding assemblies, material availability, and production problems.
- Solve production problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Support analysis of Bills of Material in an MRP system, release work orders, and track material through the assembly process.
- Prepare necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements.
- Cook up interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
- Propose solutions to mitigate work stoppages caused by material order slippages.
- Interface with internal customers.
- Lead projects and teams for continuous improvement.
- Control on-hand material throughout its lifecycle; issue to work orders or projects, returns to suppliers, ships to customers, etc.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience within Supply Chain Production Control and/or Production control scheduling, Manufacturing, or relevant project management experience.
- Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance prior to start date.
Qualifications
- Experience with special program access or other enterprise planning systems.
- Experience with Government and Depot type processes.
- Experience with MS Excel to include formula application and pivot tables.
- Experience working with MS Office 365 applications.
- Experience reading and evaluating lists of parts required for production work and working with a production planning system.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $131,100.
