Sr Analyst, Partner Engagement

About the role
At DaVita, the Partner Engagement team is at the forefront of delivering an exceptional experience for our provider partners. As the field of nephrology undergoes transformation, this team deepens our understanding of provider needs and aligns our clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to ensure DaVita remains the preferred provider partner. The team works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance.
The Senior Analyst, Partner Engagement, will support this transformation in a highly visible position, owning key provider engagement programs end-to-end and acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders to improve provider engagement and deliver on value-based care objectives.
Responsibilities
- Initiative Project Management and Execution (40%): Own complex tasks to achieve goals, independently managing key products and processes. Monitor and drive progress on work plans, applying judgment to take initiative in complex situations, and develop potential ideas and solutions for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork (25%): Collaborate with lane leaders and partners to overcome challenges, reach solutions, and drive results. Share best practices and build strong relationships within the team based on trust and respect, acting as a model for change amongst peers.
- Business-Driven Presentations (15%): Facilitate effective meetings by leading discussions and engaging participants. Connect insights to present appropriately to the team and stakeholders, effectively communicating patterns, trends, and action plans.
- Data Analysis & Insights (15%): Garner insights from objective and subjective data sources to demonstrate action plans that improve outcomes. Make recommendations and decisions based on data, sound logic, relevant input, and stakeholder impact.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of demonstrated success in healthcare project management, strategy, management consulting, or provider network management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience owning projects from inception to implementation, including managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Adaptability: Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Up to 25%.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k match and healthcare coverage.
