Sr Analyst, Loan Operations

Responsibilities

• Process transactions involving booking and servicing mortgage and commercial loans for clients
• Provide input to improve operational efficiency
• Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls for the Loan Ops team
• Aid in the preparation of audit documentation for the Loan Ops team
• Facilitate discussions and reach decisions on complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• Deliver a work product that requires minimal revision
• Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to more junior employees

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of banking procedures
• Knowledge on financial instruments and basic terminology related to custody services (preferred)

Priorities

• Good interpersonal skills
• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience (preferred)
• Related industry qualification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
