Created/Revised Date: 10/15/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 11/2/2026 Job Title: Sr Analyst, Financial Planning Location: Aliso Viejo, CA Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $ 40.00 to $ 50.00/hour DOE Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary Hire FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite; T-Th; M & F remote No sponsorship available About the Role: Provide financial support for department, business unit, regional, and consolidated results, to commercial operations, focusing on global revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and profitability metrics and reporting, utilizing enterprise software solutions such as Hyperion and SAP. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide finance support for operations Assist with budgeting/forecasting and period close processes Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions Prepare revenue and profitability analysis Assist business partners and functional teams with financial guidance Analyze key metrics Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports as requested by senior management Act as a subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning Manage headcount planning and analysis Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting A minimum of six (6) years of corporate finance/accounting experience or a related field OR an MBA/advanced degree in a related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting Well-developed knowledge of accounting principles High degree of accuracy with exceptional analytical skills Advanced Excel knowledge and modeling capabilities Ability to work independently on assignments of various levels of complexity Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization Proven organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent analytical, conceptual, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office Suite MBA preferred Medical device industry experience Experience with ERP systems; Hyperion or other budgeting software; SAP a plus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401k and much more Disclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
