Sr. Analyst, EBI Project Management & Communications
Job Description
Assisting leadership with research and development for new project initiatives
Managing project resources, budgets, risks, and changes using established methodologies and tools
Providing project status updates through formal briefings and detailed reports
Developing and overseeing detailed project plans and timelines for assigned initiatives
Prioritizing work assignments and directing team resources efficiently
Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring quality standards are met
Coordinating with other projects to manage dependencies and potential impacts
Leading projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints
Serving as the primary point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates
Facilitating project meetings and driving the resolution of issues through effective risk management
Lead development of high‑impact communications that advance the narrative around EBI’s portfolio and support key business priorities.
Drive integrated storytelling, ensuring messages are compelling, consistent, and audience‑appropriate.
Draft and refine a wide range of materials, including portfolio and launch communications, newsletters and messaging frameworks for all audiences
Create compelling visuals and stylize content to effectively tell the story of EBI's portfolio within communication efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders and navigate materials to synthesize robust communication strategies across multiple bodies of work
Working knowledge of Adobe Express and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create, edit, and optimize visual assets while maintaining brand standards and design consistency.
Qualifications
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
