Sr Analyst, Digital Finance

About the role

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Digital Finance team. This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.

Responsibilities

• Preparing post audit analysis of digital promotions and creating presentations to articulate learnings
• Serving as a key member of the team, supporting analysis of sales and cost impacts from new product introductions, menu design updates, and discounted digital offers
• Partnering cross-functionally to build a holistic point of view on business performance
• Forecasting utilization and cost of delivery aggregator promotions
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis, distilling insights, and helping to craft actionable recommendations

Requirements

• A strong understanding of finance concepts
• Working with data and conducting analysis in Excel
• A great attitude
• Ability to partner cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BA) required
• Analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• 3+ years relevant work experience

Skills

• Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross-functionally
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and SQL a plus

• Salary Range: $98,400 to $110,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
