About the role

Plays a key role in managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports that highlight customer achievements and areas for further improvement. Supports the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate data management and delivering reporting that drives proactive engagement and value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect and prepare customer data across contracts, assets, operations, and utilization to support accurate reporting and insights.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Implement reporting tools and processes to track progress toward program goals and deliver foundational insights for decision-making.
  • Pattern & Trend Analysis: Analyze customer data to uncover behavioral trends and recommend proactive strategies that drive long-term success.
  • Customer Success Narratives: Transform data into compelling stories that help customers understand performance and identify opportunities.
  • Report Development: Create advanced reports that go beyond metrics to deliver actionable insights and highlight opportunities for value realization.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer insights and support business growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to integrate business intelligence across functions.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide subject matter training and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to customer feedback, data integrity, and analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience. Proven track record of managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports. Strong background in data management, reporting, and process improvement. Customer Success experience preferred. Up to 30% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary). Good interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.
