About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Must have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain software architecture and design patterns
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Participate in testing and debugging processes
  • Document project plans, designs, and procedures
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading software development projects
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
