Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence

About the Role

This role independently drives data analytics and business intelligence efforts, crafting predictive models and strategic insights for informed decision-making. It operates with minimal guidance, ensuring data integrity and compliance. The position effectively communicates complex data findings to influence executive-level strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to assess data needs and craft technical specifications for data analytics initiatives.
• Identify and integrate alternative data sources to enrich analytics and insights for stakeholder decision-making.
• Employ analytics and reporting tools to extract actionable insights from complex, large-scale data sets.
• Query and synthesize data from multiple big data platforms, including Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover key business drivers and insights.
• Create predictive models for sales, demand, and other critical business metrics to aid in strategic planning.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and business initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Present complex analytical findings to executives using clear narratives and compelling data visualizations.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards in analytical operations.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred), or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, currently or in the future.

Pay

This role offers a pay range of $78,016.35 - $128,726.98, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides. Most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus, and Comcast provides best-in-class benefits.
