Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct meetings with key stakeholders to thoroughly analyze and document both the current and future state of segment applications and data flow integration.
- Identify, recommend, and actively assist in the implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Aid the segment team in the cohesive and timely execution of future state roadmap activities and project deliverables.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications or process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and segment leadership) to ensure alignment on project goals and technological solutions.
- Act as an AI advocate by helping team members adopt and effectively use AI tools.
- Monitor progress and assist in resolving any issues related to application and data integration.
- Stay up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Work closely with partners in the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, China, European Countries, and India; primarily in the United States.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, system analysis, or project coordination preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate meetings and present business or technical concepts to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Understanding of AI concepts and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying AI in daily work routines.
- Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend logical process improvements.
- Demonstrated thought leader, idea generator, and problem solver.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Foundational understanding of system architecture, data flow concepts, and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom) and a willingness to learn process mapping applications (e.g., Lucidchart).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
