What You’ll Do

  • Review data received from Strive clients to determine completeness and accuracy.
  • If data is incomplete or inaccurate, quantify the impact and work with the client to resolve issues.
  • Identify instances of client non-compliance and quantify the value of such non-compliance.
  • Audit data for risk partnerships to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Review material changes impacting risk settlements and quantify their impact.
  • Communicate instances of non-compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Strive’s Finance, Client Success, and Growth functions to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Present models and deliver insights/expertise to a diverse audience.
  • Communicate analyses and results to internal and external partners.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
    • 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum three completed actuarial exams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience applying or reviewing medical claim grouper logic.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience in value-based care.
    • Experience with CMS shared savings programs.
    • Experience in Commercial, Medicaid or Medicare analysis.
    • Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and SQL.

    Annual Salary Range

    $85,500 - $104,000.

    This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10%.

    Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
