We are seeking an innovative GIS Automation / AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Government Program Management Office (GPMO) and senior Agency leadership in advancing geospatial automation and GeoAI capabilities. This SME acts as a high-impact force multiplier, identifying opportunities to reduce manual workloads, accelerate production timelines, and introduce advanced analytics that enhance mission effectiveness. Given its limited allocation, this role focuses on targeted, high-value solutions, not routine sustainment.
Responsibilities
- Developing Python or FME-based ETL pipelines for automated ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and scheduled processing of geospatial data.
- Researching, prototyping, and deploying machine-learning and GeoAI models, including object detection, feature extraction, and predictive analytics tailored to mission use cases.
