Sr AI Engineer - Product

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of features for members and credit unions, from concept to production
• Develop applications using the TypeScript stack, including React, Tailwind CSS, and AWS infrastructure management
• Translate product needs into user-friendly experiences and seamless integrations
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployments post-launch
• Collaborate with design teams, customers, and stakeholders for effective product decision-making

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building, scaling, and running production software
• Strong full-stack development skills, focusing on modern front-end and typed backend systems
• Proficiency with React and relational data management, including API integrations
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and their outputs
• Excellent product judgment and clear communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects while involving relevant stakeholders when necessary

Pay

$130,000 – $155,000 annually
