Responsibilities
- Own the architectural roadmap for the company’s Agentic infrastructure and orchestration layers
- Design and deploy scalable, multi-modal AI agents for real-time voice reasoning and workflow execution
- Mentor senior peers and define technical standards for an AI-native software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with leadership to align technical execution with business strategies
- Implement emerging frameworks and safety guardrails to maintain the company’s position in AI advancements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, especially in technical leadership roles like Senior or Principal Engineer
- Proven track record in shipping complex, large-scale systems
- Strong background in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and optimization strategies
- Experience with advanced retrieval systems and AI ops for evaluation and observability
