Sr Advertising Project Manager
Job Description
Position is primarily responsible for managing high-volume marketing projects from initiation through completion, developing project timelines, coordinating workflows, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Position will also be responsible for partnering with account managers and cross-functional creative teams, facilitating communication, tracking project progress, allocating resources, and maintaining organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Position will be in charge of managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating print, digital, and video deliverables, ensuring compliance with established processes and promotional review guidelines, and keeping teams aligned in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ consecutive years of advertising agency project management experience supporting pharmaceutical clients is required!
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced marketing projects while developing timelines, organizing workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams is required!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive projects from kickoff through completion is required!
- Bachelor's degree is preferred!
- Experience with pharmaceutical promotional review processes and marketing compliance workflows is preferred!
