Sr Advanced Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct flight tests to evaluate the performance and capabilities of aircraft systems and components
• Develop and execute complex test plans and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to scheduling of test aircraft and installation of experimental or certified systems
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as aerospace engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in conducting flight tests and designing and installing test systems onto Flight Test Aircraft
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
