Sr Advanced Test Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct flight tests to evaluate the performance and capabilities of aircraft systems and components
- Develop and execute complex test plans and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to scheduling of test aircraft and installation of experimental or certified systems
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as aerospace engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in conducting flight tests and designing and installing test systems onto Flight Test Aircraft
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
