Responsibilities

  • Develop project technical scope to customer requirements
  • Lead technical deployment of engineered solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, resources, and cost control
  • Lead communication with stakeholders for workplans and technical deliverables
  • Identify and eliminate project risks and issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform timely completion of all required training, and time and expense reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field support, engineering, or related roles for sheet manufacturing industry
  • Experience with MD/CD process control troubleshooting and optimization
  • Experience with 3rd party process data and control systems
  • Experience in managing complex engineering projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and project execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in dynamic and demanding environments
  • Software troubleshooting and customization skills
  • Valid Driver’s License & Passport
  • Willing to travel +50% of the time

About the Role

The role involves supporting the Sheet Manufacturing market and plays a critical role in delivering advanced engineering projects. You will be responsible for aligning project technical scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project work plans, and ensuring efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline from an accredited institution
  • Experience with Honeywell Quality Control Systems
  • Experience with Honeywell Experion PKS
  • Experience with Virtual hardware and software setup and network configuration
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Skills

  • Project management tools and methodologies
  • Software troubleshooting and customization skills

Benefits

Annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) is $133,000- $166,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $153,000- $191,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
