Sr Advanced Nuclear Commercial Leader

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and pricing strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Global Sales Team
• Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team including business leaders and project managers
• Present financial models and deal structures for management approval
• Prepare review materials for executive evaluation at the company
• Engage in negotiations with customers alongside account managers
• Create presentation material detailing project financials and delivery models

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in EPC contract development
• Strong mathematical modeling skills using Excel
• Ability to multi-task in ongoing contract negotiations and developing new opportunities
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in supporting customer negotiations and governance processes

Pay

$128,400 – $213,900 annually
