Schedule
Hybrid work schedule based out of Phoenix, AZ.
We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Check that we didn't include Pay section (none). Good. Check that we didn't include Schedule as heading with filler; we have actual content. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Did we miss anything? Let's review original text for any other details: - "The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates." That's metadata about application period; could be considered minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we could either drop it or include as a short p maybe under About the role or separate. Since it's minor metadata, we could drop it. The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. Safer to drop it to keep concise. - "Posting Date: 08/25/2026 / / / /80" also metadata; drop. - "Explore your benefits: https://honeywellaerospacebenefits.com/" That's a link; we could keep as part of Benefits maybe as a link. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive? It's a URL for benefits. Could include as a link in Benefits section. But we already have benefits list; we could add a
with link. However, the instruction says use
for prose. Could add a
with the link. But we must not invent. The link is present; we could include it. - "Explore our businesses: https://www.honeywellaerospace.com" also link; maybe under About Honeywell Aerospace but we didn't include that section. Could drop. - "Engines & Power Systems provides the propulsion, auxiliary power and electrical systems that keep aircraft flying..." That's description of business; maybe part of About Honeywell Aerospace; we omitted that section. Should we include an "About the company" section? The instruction only lists specific headings; but we could include "About Honeywell Aerospace" as a section if we want, but not required. The instruction says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could add a section like "About Honeywell Aerospace" if we have content. But we already have About the role covering some of that. The "About Honeywell Aerospace" paragraph is more about the company; could be considered "About the company" but not in the list. Might be okay to omit as it's not required; but we might lose substantive info. However, the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate that info into About the role or Benefits? Probably better to add a short "About Honeywell Aerospace" paragraph under About the role or as a separate section "About the company". Since the instruction's examples are not exhaustive, we can add a section like "About Honeywell Aerospace". But to be safe, we could incorporate that content into About the role paragraph (makes it longer). However, the About the role currently focuses on role; adding company description may blur. But it's still substantive.
Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections, we could keep About the role as is and drop the company description. But we might lose info about Honeywell Aerospace's reach, etc. However, the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we must keep it. So we need to include that info somewhere.
We could add a section "About Honeywell Aerospace" with that content. That seems appropriate.
Thus we add:
About Honeywell Aerospace
Join a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century. At Honeywell Aerospace (NASDAQ: HONA), we're launching as an independent, publicly traded aerospace and defense company built on a legacy of operational excellence and mission-focused execution. Our new brand identity pairs that heritage with real momentum, as we build technology that helps pilots navigate with confidence, aircraft operate more efficiently, and operators stay ahead of change. With our systems on board 90% of the world's aircraft, your work here has reach that's rare to find anywhere else. Focusing on our customers, investing in innovation, and building a culture of accountability and performance is how we're shaping what comes next.
Then maybe also include the Engines & Power Systems description as part of that or separate. Could add another paragraph under same section. We could add:Engines & Power Systems provides the propulsion, auxiliary power and electrical systems that keep aircraft flying.
