Sr Advanced MBSE Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain standard MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo, including custom Meta Models and Stereotypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish MBSE processes and best practices
• Implement automations, extensions and validation checks within Cameo to enable and accelerate Systems Engineering processes
• Provide technical guidance and support for the use of Cameo and Model Based Systems Engineering
• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on MBSE methodologies and tools
• Lead MBSE Community of Practice to drive adoption of MBSE
• Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations between Cameo and other key Digital Engineering Tools (DOORS NG, Teamcenter)
• Monitor industry trends in MBSE tools and processes and evaluate emerging SysML 2.0 tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., SysML)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in training and mentoring team members on MBSE principles and tools
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering, particularly in model-based approaches
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Certifications in MBSE or related fields (e.g., INCOSE) are valued
