Sr. Adobe (AEM) Solutions Architect- W2 only

Job Summary: Sr. Adobe (AEM) Solutions Architect Architect and design solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with 5+ years of experience including recent AEM as a Cloud Service. Lead and own complex enterprise CMS migrations (e.g., from Sitecore, legacy, or multi-CMS environments) into AEM. Develop shared component and template strategies for multi-site/multi-brand environments, with a focus on localization, MSM, translation, and rollout governance. Establish high architectural quality by reducing custom code, defining non-functional requirements, enforcing code standards, and utilizing upgrade-safe patterns. Oversee cloud delivery operations: AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, automated testing, caching/CDN, environment strategy, observability, security, and production support. Design and implement integrations with enterprise APIs and third-party services (e.g., commerce, analytics, CRM, DAM, identity/loyalty, privacy/consent, search). Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define architecture, solution strategies, and ensure business and technical requirements are met.
