- Intangible Amortization - Recurring JE
- Bank Interest (if any)
- Bank Service Charge (Operating Acc) - VP Prepaid (Direct and Indirect) - Draft
- Sales and Use Taxes - Monthly Report and GL Detail
- Washington Filing - Pay Sales and Use Tax
- Sweep entry - JE
- Wells Fargo Loan Fee - VP
- Revolver Interest - VP
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Deposit of checks
- Capital Equipment Leases - Recurring JE
- Debt Issue Cost Amortization - Recurring JE
- Fixed Assets/Depreciation Entry
- Direct Depreciation reclass
- Indirect Depreciation reclass
- Impairment Reclass
- NCRED Reserve Entry
- AR Suspense account check
- Post Invoices that are available
- Verify all customer invoices in 'Completed' status
- E-mail cash receipt reports to Sue Dobyns
- Post all cash receipts
- Unbilled reclass
- Rent Invoice
- Other closing tasks
- Audit data gathering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- Public accounting experience (such as: BDO, RSM, Cohn Reznick, GT, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, EY)
- Government contracting (govcon) experience
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
- CPA or CPA track (preferred)
- Private Equity Experience (preferred)
Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring two days a week in the Reston, Virginia office.
