Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.
• Develop and document accounting policies and procedures, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, and provide timely operational financial statements.
• Analyze variances among actual, budget, and forecasted data, providing detailed explanations.
• Manage high-volume and complex financial issues, acting as a liaison between operations and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced skills in generic spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
