Job Summary

Full‑time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Support month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial analyses and support financial reporting activities
- Manage cash and vendor payment processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support accounting compliance and maintain accurate financial records
- Partner with project accounting, AP, and other cross‑functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong month‑end close and journal entry experience
- Experience with financial analysis, cash/vendor payments, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred Qualifications
- Public accounting audit experience
- Construction accounting experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $80,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE)
