Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Growth Acquisition
Manages assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans that enhance reseller go-to-market growth, initiatives, and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generates revenue, drives profit and advance market-share by positioning and selling Ingram's products, programs, and services.
- Takes responsibility for results and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of less experienced team members and provide guidance in a positive and productive manner.
- Mentor and motivate team members to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of six years previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal required.
- Selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility also required.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word required.
- Able to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of how to design and execute on strategic business plans, establishing and managing detailed action items to drive profitable growth with general supervision.
- Ability to work on moderate to complex projects and exercise sound judgement to deliver superior results.
- Dynamic understanding of pipeline management.
- Strong business acumen, continually ensuring metrics and objectives are obtainable and successfully achieved.
