Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day leadership contact for operational matters, escalations, and service delivery topics.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness in all client interactions.
- Establish clear ways of working that improve communication, transparency, and partnership effectiveness.
Operational Excellence
- Lead day-to-day account operations to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed service levels.
- Oversee workflow prioritization, capacity planning, issue resolution, and execution consistency across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, reduce friction, and improve service outcomes.
- Maintain strong governance across briefs, approvals, timelines, reporting, and operational controls.
Team Leadership
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to account team members and cross-functional partners.
- Create a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and high standards.
- Ensure responsibilities are clearly defined and aligned to business priorities.
- Identify development opportunities and build bench strength across the team.
Strategic Partnership Support
- Support preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews, business updates, and executive presentations.
- Identify new opportunities, unmet client needs, and strategic solutions that leverage HH Global’s capabilities.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and value-added ideas that deepen the client partnership.
Escalation & Problem Solving
- Act as a calm and effective escalation leader during urgent or sensitive situations.
- Diagnose root causes, align stakeholders, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while maintaining client confidence.
Experience, Skills + Education
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing operations, production, procurement, or related commercial environments.
- Proven success managing high-volume and/or highly complex client accounts.
- Strong experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and manage challenging client environments.
- Commercially astute with understanding of revenue, profitability, service models, and growth strategy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Copilot preferred).

Pay
The US base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location.
Schedule
This position is expected to be based onsite or near-site to support regular in-person collaboration with client stakeholders and ensure strong partnership engagement.
