Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
