Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools is a plus.

    Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

    Full-time position

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
